Sunny Cloud Technologies Acceptable Use Policy

Sunny Cloud Technologies (“we,” “us,” “our”) is committed to providing a secure, reliable, and positive experience for all users of our services. 2.3 Harmful Content and Conduct

• Posting, transmitting, or distributing content that is defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, or that incites violence or hatred against individuals or groups.
• Engaging in any form of cyberbullying, stalking, or harassment.

2.4 Spam and Unsolicited Communications

• Sending or facilitating the sending of unsolicited mass emails, messages, or other forms of communication (spam) that could harm the recipients or degrade the performance of our Services. Harvesting or collecting email addresses or other personal information from our Services to send unsolicited communications.

2.5 Intellectual Property Infringement

• Using the Services to infringe upon or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets. Distributing pirated software, counterfeit goods, or any other content that violates the intellectual property rights of others.

2.6 Resource Abuse

• Using excessive amounts of network capacity, storage, or other resources could disrupt the normal functioning of our Services or negatively impact other users. Engaging in any activity that could cause a denial of service (DoS) or distributed denial of service (DDoS) attack, intentionally or unintentionally overloading systems and networks.

3. Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for all content that you upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Services. This includes ensuring that your content complies with this AUP and all applicable laws and regulations. Sunny Cloud Technologies does not actively monitor user content but reserves the right to remove or disable access to any content that violates this AUP or is otherwise objectionable.

6. Amendments to the AUP
